Founded in Japan during the 1950s, Kaiten sushi, a.k.a. conveyor-belt sushi, made it affordable to offer quality sushi at working-class prices. Blue C is one of the first Kaiten sushi restaurants in the U.S., and the experience is just plain fun. Grab a seat next to the belt/bar, see something yummy passing by, grab it, eat it, pile your plate and repeat. When you're done, press the button for service and a server will come collect your stack of color-coded plates and tally your bill. The ingredients are always top notch, as are their specialty cocktails and sake options, but your wallet will never feel the pinch.
