Cupcakes aren't just for children's birthday parties or special occasions anymore; in fact, this Seattle establishment has given us a special pass to eat cupcakes any 'ole day of the week. With the added allure of their truly amazing Vérité Coffee, an industrial-cool yet comfy seating area and free Wi-Fi, we just can't resist popping in for one (okay maybe two) of their perfect little cakes whenever we're in Ballard. Flavors like Coconut Bunny, Mo Fro (yum, mocha!), Lavender and Peppermint Party are available with either moist chocolate or vanilla butter cake, and their hand-slathered frostings make them pretty and colorful and oh-so-sweet.
