When owner and sushi chef Ryu Nakano, formerly of I Love Sushi, opened Kisaku in the Greenlake neighborhood, he upped the ante for quality and elegance among the neighborhood sushi restaurants in Seattle. With a perfect balance of classic and inventive, Nakano adds a tasty and clever twist to his sushi with gems like the Greenlake Roll, a salmon-asparagus roll with some local flare. Kisaku only serves fish of the highest quality, and the service is never anything but accommodating, friendly and efficient.
