A hidden treasure well worth the hunt, this martini bar is located underground in Seattle's historic Pioneer Square. Saltwater fishtanks provide the bulk of illumination in this ambient candlelit den, which features turn-of-the century masonry, intimate booths and 75 different varieties of martinis to enjoy.
