As a pioneer in microbrew culture, Redhook is a must-visit brewery with excellent tours, food and, naturally, beers. Humble beginnings in a converted garage ramped up with each new release until they scored a runaway hit with the Ballard Bitter (now Long Hammer IPA). Success landed them in Fremont’s Electric Railway building for almost a decade before expanding yet again in Woodenville. Nowadays roaring fires warm the chalet-like interior in the cooler months, and a huge deck opens it up come summertime. Take their rip-roaring tour and finish up with a pint and a terrific burger in this lively pub.
