Roslyn Café
Eternal Exposure
The town of Roslyn boasts a long, proud history—one dating back to the Yakima First Nations people, coal mines and the railroad and even a hit TV show in the 1990s (Northern Exposure!). Since the late 1880s, this little café has served its multicultural town well, for years as the local butchers, then as an ice cream and sundries shop and later as a truly bohemian café and hangout. After all these years, this small town eatery still offers the townsfolk and the tourists a comfortable atmosphere, friendly service and some seriously tasty grub.
