An unassuming neon sign greets customers at this age-old tavern, a bastion of hole-in-the-wall cool on the otherwise ultra-hip Queen Anne hill. Mismatched seating, a few old trophies and the occasional neon beer sign make for unpretentious decoration, and loyal regulars offer up some of the best barstool conversation. A pair of pool tables, a couple dart boards and a few arcade games offer some recreation, and the beers on tap have something for the aforementioned hipsters and the guys who just want their tried 'n true Rainier.
