Torchys Tacos of Austin Texas has taken the taco to a whole new place; a trailer park. Served out of a tiny trailer in dusty lot in South Austin, Torchys Tacos serves up gourmet grub in a taco stand setting. Try a fried avocado taco or a achiote grilled shrimp taco with jalapeno tarter sauce. Order them "trashy" and they'll drop the lettuce and smother them in queso. Torchys Tacos aren't just good, they're damn good.
